Amorphophallus sp. 3.2 - tuber

This species was originally obtained years ago in one of the legendary "red plate specials" - a mix of corms whose IDs were lost to the ages. I am at a loss for this plant's ID. The petiole is mostly flat green, but the plant stays compact, never growing larger than 6-10 inches tall. It appears to be very shy to bloom and has never done so for me, and the corms never seem to get much larger than the ones in this listing.
