Shipping FAQs
All about Shipping!
Are you open to the public, or do you have a store front?
-
Unfortunately, no, we are a strictly online nursery. Currently, we are not able to accommodate any tours.
However, we will be having at least one open house during the warmer seasons, so keep an eye out for dates when we announce them!
-
You can ship plants?
-
Yes, of course! As a primarily online nursery, we ship all our plants! The key to
ensuring they make it to you is care and attention to detail; we very carefully
pack all our products to be certain they are held securely in their pots and
don’t knock around during shipping. In fact, we guarantee that our
plants will arrive healthy and alive, and we want you to have peace of mind
knowing that your newest addition will arrive in good shape!
If, for whatever reason, your plant(s) arrive with excessive damage or are dead, please
take a clear picture of the issue and send it to us within 48 hours of your
shipment arriving. We are more than happy to offer a refund or
replacement (dependent on availability) if there are any issues. Also,
please feel free to contact us with any questions about the health of your plant.
We ship via USPS priority mail, and prices are determined by USPS based on the
weight and size of the package.
-
Do you ship outside the United States?
-
No, we do not ship outside the United States. As of currently, we do not have
any sort of export permit nor will we ship internationally without one. If
you place an order and have a shipping address outside of the United States,
your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded.
-
How long does it take to ship?
-
Currently, we ship 1-2 times a week which translates to a handling time between 3-7 days minimum. Our careful packing procedure takes some time to do, so we have specific packing days in order to increase the efficiency of the entire process. Usually, packages are shipped out on Monday or Friday via USPS priority mail.
-
Do you ship in winter?
-
Yes, we do sell and ship plants during the winter. To guarantee the survival of our
plants, we use extra insulation during the colder days and do offer heat packs. Heat packs are included FREE of charge if required, and we check the weather for every order that goes out. If temperatures are consistently below 32 F in your area, your package will be held until temps rise (heat packs are great but not that great, especially with sensitive plants). We do this to ensure you receive a healthy plant, as the likelihood of the plant arriving damaged or dead from constant freezing temperatures is significantly higher even with heat packs and insulation. Thank you for understanding and letting us ensure you get a plant you are happy with!
