Amorphophallus titanum - Seedling - 3.5" Pot

Now this is something that we are beyond excited to offer! The giant corpse flower is the largest of nearly 200 species of Amorphophallus, with a leaf that can grow to 20 feet tall and an inflorescence  (floral structure) that breaks 8 feet. It is a must-have for any plant enthusiast and a solid "future-me-problem" in terms of how large this species can get. Ironically, it makes a wonderful houseplant for anyone with bright windows and tall ceilings (just maybe don't keep it inside if it blooms).

As seedlings, they will frequently send up new leaves over the first 1-2 years and should go dormant after 2+ years. During growth, keep them damp and give medium light. They should require repotting in 8-12 months (once the tuber starts pushing out on the sides of the pot).

Not only do we have a small batch we're releasing, but we are proud to say that these were grown from sustainably sourced seeds. Grown on private land, hand-pollinated, and harvested specifically for the plant hobby.

HIGHLY LIMITED!

NOTE: Tropical Amorphophallus tend to sulk from shipping but typically recover within 24 hours after unpacking and putting them back into the light. Do not be worried if your plant arrives looking a little sad; it will quickly bounce back!
